Please note after delivery, a refund is not possible. All licenses/keys/codes are genuine and will work 100% safely without running into any issues.

OnTheLow Shop will replace any codes/upgrades that do not work, but we know they will 100% work!

1. All personal upgrades have a LIFETIME warranty (for monthly/3 months/6 months/12 months purchases) from OTL Shop. If you are caught trying to use this for a second upgrade, you will be blacklisted from future purchases & not refunded. GUARANTEED by OnTheLow Shop!
2. After purchasing a license/key/code/upgrade please wait 2 hours before contacting us for your product. We will try to provide instant delivery and wait times of up to 1 hour for your product/service. But feel free to contact us at any time with the required information for your key/license/code. If your product is an upgrade: each streaming subscription will let you know if we need only your EMAIL or EMAIL+PASSWORD). NOTE: You can make a new account or use your current account (change password until we finish the upgrade, change it back after).
3. If you have any issues with your key/license/code, do not worry just contact us! You will have our support and it will be solved free of charge!

5. This TOS may be updated in the future, including instant delivery (no wait times).
